Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

PLEASE NOTE: All guests of Emerald Beach Resort must register and pay a Guest Registration fee of $25 separately. This will grant you access into the garage and use of the facilities. This is not collected by Airbnb or your host, this is charged by the resort for maintenance and upkeep of communal areas. A link to register your party and vehicles and pay the fee will be sent to you once booked. Thank you!
